Book Rental Agreement Information Return Date: Monday after Final's Week
- Rentals must be returned in clean, unmarked and fully resalable condition (no writing, highlighting or notes etc.) on or before the rental due date.
- Rentals not returned by due date will automatically be replaced and billed to your account and will result in an academic hold including withholding grade(s) and transcript.
- Rented out items with defects may by exchanged within 24 hours for the same item.
- Students are allowed 7 days from original rental date to apply rental payment towards purchase of same title.
- No Refnds on rentals.
- Items not returned by the due date will be billed at new price. A processing fee of 10% of new price (minimum of $5.00) will be added to each item.
- A valid and current ASFC Student Body Card (OWL card) is required at the time of rental.
- Outstanding rental charges will be sent to collections after 30 days.
